| I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your prompt response to my request
for a bid for a lawn irrigation system. I was also impressed with the crew who was sent
to my home to do the work. They were courteous and expedient, working twelve long hours per
day as necessary to complete the project. James, the lead man on the project was extremely
knowledgeable and resourceful in answering my questions and helping troubleshoot problem areas with my turf.

| Recently your company completed a landscape job in our back yard. My wife and I have been
married for forty years and believe it or not, this is the first back yard we have been able

job your designer did in representing your company and seeing the job through from concept to completion.
I can assure you that I do not hand out complements easily. A responsibility must be discharged to
